Travel Specialist

Demonstrated experience and substantial knowledge in the Federal Travel Regulations and associated accounting transactions to determine the examination and validation of vouchers for Temporary Duty Travel (TDY), which is comprised of Local, Continental U.S. (CONUS), Foreign, Non-Foreign, Actual Subsistence, Extended Temporary Duty, and Invitational Travel for both Direct and Reimbursable Funds. Employee must have experience developing routine or specific objectives and devising new methods, techniques, and criteria pertaining to such matters as identifying travel trends and patterns; acquiring travel information and analyzing data; modifying systems to accept new travel data; developing solutions and presenting findings of unprecedented travel issues; and examining returns for which there no precedents.

Draft and revise travel policy and procedures based on process improvements, perform travel audits, track automated travel card delinquency, process travel card applications, perform travel trend analysis, research travel card issues, perform new employee travel orientations, track and audit temporary employee travel card limit increases and cash limits.

Qualifications:

Employee must have 3-5 years Travel work experience with the Federal Government or a Contractor. Extensive knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulations. Ability to interpret travel regulations, Bachelors Degree or the equivalent of 8 years of work experience with Federal Travel. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Site Supervisor

Must have demonstrated front office experience managing a busy health care, hospital or clinical facility. Supervisor is required to manage administrative clerks responsible for checking patients in and out of the facility, scheduling patient appointments, diagnostic and laboratory procedures, and coordinating patient tests results. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the office is managed and operation efficiently, and that support staff are knowledgable of all functions including reception activities, assembling and maintaining medical records, data entry, and all other clinical support activities. The supervisor is also responsible for preparing and managing the staff weekly work schedule which includes ensuring adequate coverage for all areas during designated work hours and locations. Additionally, the site supervisor must have a professional and positive demeanor

Qualifications:

Employee must have 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a busy health care or clinical facility.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Project Manager

Responsibilities include managing staff, tasking, and monitoring financial aspects of the contract. Coordinating and managing all contract operational activities including staff assignments, staffing, resource identification and documentation of task activities. Troubleshooting issues and concerns expressed and recommending suggestions regarding resolution and timely correction. Coordinating work schedules, prioritizes tasks, and approves time sheet reporting. Streamlining processes researching, developing and implementing ideas and procedures for improving work efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple, geographically dispersed work sites. Proven ability to manage all aspects of the supervision of large groups of individuals. Thorough knowledge of government contracting and contract management. Over 7 years of management experience. College Degree, work experience can be substituted for degree.

Administrative Clerks

Multiple Full-time, Part-time, Temporary and Weekend positions available

The Administrative Clerks are responsible for patient care coordinating and medical assisting which could include duties such as: the coordination of patient test, patient intakes, checking patients in and out, scheduling of appointments and diagnostic and laboratory procedures. The clerk will also perform reception activities, assembling and maintaining medical records, data entry, and clinical support activities such as performing safety inspections and arranging for courier service for transport and providing requested patient identification materials. The clerks shall also be responsible for monitoring stock of supplies and forms, acquiring meal and snacks for patients and monitoring patient care refrigerator temperatures on a daily basis. Duties may also include transcribing and issuing travel authorization, maintaining and reconciling travel files, arranging patient transportation, using software applications to produce and/or distribute various reports, inputting of patient wait and process time statistics, and control key inventory.

SKILLS:

The Administrative Clerks must have:

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a private or government medical/clinical environment with patient interface, urgent care or front office experience.
• Strong attention to detail to reduce data entry/filing duplicates and errors.
• Excellent customer service skills in a patient environment.
• The ability to follow rigid guidelines and regulations while being able to multi- task.
• Flexibility to work past scheduled shift, holidays and overtime, as needed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to lift and carry up to about 50 pounds.

• Demonstrated dependability, reliability and commitment with previous employers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have documentation to work in the United States.
• Must have excellent credit and be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
